RESOLUTION NO. R-&a—o2o?�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BONAIRE
ASSOCIATES, LTD.
FOR _'WOODMONT TRACT 74 AND 75 - Phase I
WHEREAS, BONAIRE ASSOCIATES, LTD. as Principal,
and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO , as Surety,
has filed with the City Bond No.1402-00301346-301346 in the
amount` of $ 214,064.71 to guarantee public improvements at
Woodmont Tract 74/75 - Phase I
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$23,607.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No.1402-00301346=301346 posted by
Bonaire Associates, Ltd , as Principal,
and First National Bank of Chicago , as Surety, in
the amount of $ 214,064.71 for public improvements atWoodmont Tract
74 and 75 Phase I is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt
Df a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $ 23,607.00
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
