CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-221
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY ACAPULCO MEXICAN
RESTAURANT SHOPPING CENTER- 6455 WEST
COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD FOR A CHANGE OF CRITERIA.
WHEREAS, ACAPULCO MEXICAN RESTAURANT has requested a
waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing
signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this
request and has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said
waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance request
ed by Jeffrey Cohen of Acapulco Mexican Restaurant Shopping Center,
6455 West Commercial Blvd. for a change of criteria for the shopping
center is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval: NONE
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 28th day of July , 1982.
