OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF TAMARAC,
LORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 491 posted by
'IORANDA-DEVCO JOINT VENTURE , as Principal,
a n d FIRST TIATIMAL BANK OF GREATER MIMI , as Surety, in
the amount of $ 48,811.00 for public improvements at McNAB PT-AzA
NORTH is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt
of a one-year Warranty bond in the amount of $12,202.75 and the receipt of a
$7,300.00 performance Bond for correction of a drainage deficiency.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
