CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R -ga "02/�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IlMPPOVEMNTS BY NICHOLAS A. CASSAS FOR
MAINLANDS CENTER.
WHEREAS, Nicholas A. Cassas, as Principal, and Southeast First
(National Bank of Miami, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit #L02740
in the amount of $8,000.00 to guarantee public improvements at Mainlands Center
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of said Letter of
Credit upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $1,996.75, and
subject to the planting of certain trees as required by Code prior to the expiration
date of said Letter of Credit
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit #L02740 posted by Nicholas A.
Cassas, as Principal, and Southeast First National Bank of Miami, as Surety, in the
amount of $1,996.75 for public improvements at Mainlands Center is HEREBY RELEASED,
subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $1,996.75, and subje
to the planting of certain trees as required by Code prior to the expiration of said
Letter of Credit expiring August 10, 1982. The proper City officials are authorized
and directed to call said Letter of Credit on August 6, 1982 if the conditions of
release have not been satisfied.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
