A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY F & R
BUILDERS, INC.

WHEREAS, F & R BUILDERS, INC.
, as Principal,
a n d CITIBANK, N.A. , as Surety,
h a s filed with t h e City Letter of . Credit No. NABG-R90018F in t h e
amount- of $ 33,489.55 to guarantee sidewalks at Tamarac Gardens.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said Letter of
:ekeditmpon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$ 10,696.69 and the payment of Additional engineering fees in the amount of $1,792.82.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That the letter'of,Credit No. NABG-R90018F posted by
F& R BUILDERS, INC. , as Principal,
a n d CITIBANK, N.A. , as Surety, in
the amount of $ 33,489.55 for sidewrallcs at Tamarac Gardens.
is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt
of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $ 10,696.69 and the payment
of additional engineering fees in the amount of $1,792.82.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
