R - 82- 213 4 A RESOLUTION ISSUING A DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR THE KINGS POINT PROFESSIONAL PLAZA PRO=. DEVELOPMENT 5 ORDER NO.036; Aim PROVIDING AN EH'=IVE DATE. WMZMS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of the 14 City of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with is applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of t 9 application for a development order by the applicant for development approval; and MM AS, the City Council has examined and investigated the application, staff and Planning Commission rec=nendations, and the attached 12 Development Review Status Sheet dated July 1, 1982; and 1 3 WHE£MAS, the City Council reviewed the development order and 14 accompanying documents at a public meeting; and 13 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is 26 in compliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance 17 prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any unit on the development ffthat is the subject of the application. IM, THEREf n, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: �u SECTION 1: That the development described on the attached 21 development review status sheet dated -July 1, 1982 is granted a development order to 22 proceed subject to the following conditions: 23 A. Construction is to be in ocnplete compliance with the plans 24 and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as described in 23 Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings. 26 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year 27 from the date of this approval. If the development does not commence construction 28 within one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted 29 in accordance with applicable regulations. .�0 C. Additional conditions established in order to issue the development order are set forth as follows: 7 - Installation of a "Do Not Enter" sign adjacent to Parcel C; and 5 2 - That the sidewalk be extended south from their property line to the north end of Tract 39 property line.
