CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT A SNACK BAR/RESTAURANT WITHIN THE RICHWAY
DEPARMENT STORE, IN A B-2 ZONING DISTRICT -PETITION
#19-Z-82 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
special exception to permit a snack bar/restaurant in a B-2 Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given an
opportunity to express their views concerning the application for Special Exception;

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition for
special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and general
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
FLORIDA:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit a snack bar/
restaurant in a B-2 Zoning District for Richway Department Store, Petition #19-Z-82
to be constructed on the west side of University Drive, south of the Tamarac Bowling
Lanes, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: /1% D Al e-.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
