A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-81-161 ALLOWING A
LIMITED TRANSFER OF THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR CONSUMPTION OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES GRANTED TO CHEF ONECIO PERERA GOURMET -
RESTAURANT AT 6455 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD PETITION 15-
Z-81.
. WHEREAS, all the requirements were met for the granting of a Special
Exception to permit consumption of alcoholic beverages at Chef Onecio Perera
Gourmet Restaurant at 6455 West Commercial Boulevard when Petition 15-Z-81 was
unanimously passed by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council was authorized at the time of that Resolution
to grant a transferrable Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is cognizant of its position at the time of
passage of that Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend that Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 2 of Resolution No. R-81-161 is hereby amended
as follows:
"SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (i#--&�)(1) hours no later
than 2:00 A.M.ocal time and (2) license is -ntrt transferable from
applicant (Chef Onecio Perera Gourmet Restaurant) to Aldad Enterprises,
nc., d1b a Acapulco Mexican Restaurant upon payment of applicable fees
ut is not further transferable to other persons or locations witho
the approval of City Council.
SECTION 2: In all other respects Resolution No. R-81-161 shall remain
unchanged.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1982.
