CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-/T
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY MONIWOOD, INC. FOR PUBLIC LMPROVE-
MENTS FOR WOODMONT TRACT 60.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the form of a Letter of Credit No. 1402-00301217
in the amount of $121,549.80 was posted by Montwood, Inc. for public improvements
at Woodmont Tract 60; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found the work
satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said warranty bond; and
WFlEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF '=- CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the form of a Letter of Credit No. 1402-
00301217 in the amount of $121,549.80 was posted by Montwood, Inc. for public
improvements at Woodmont Tract 60 is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1982.
