CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-,&�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY F & R BUILDERS, INC.
FOR PAVING AND DRAINAGE FOR TAMARAC GARDENS.
WHEREAS, F & R Builders, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as Surety,
has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. NABr3-R90017F, in the amount of
$62,245.00 to guarantee paving and drainage improvements at Tamarac Gardens; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
campleted and has recommended release of said Letter of Credit upon receipt of
a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $15,561.25 and payment of additional
engineering fees in the amount of $2,935.53.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. NABG-R90017F posted by F & R Bui
Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $62,245.00
for paving and drainage improvements at Tamarac Gardens, is HEREBY RELEASED,
Subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $15,561.25 and
payment of additional engineering fees in the amount of $2,935.53.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall became effective immediately upon adoption.
