RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED FROM DOUGLAS WOLFE,
AS TRUSTEE AND NOT INDIVIDUALLY, FOR THE
INTERSECTION OF N.W. 88 AVENUE AND MCNAB
ROAD, IN A PORTION OF PARCEL "R" OF WOODLAND
LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 71, AT PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE PROJECT
KNOWN AS WESTVIEW AT COLONY. WEST/PARCEL "R";
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE -IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Deed offered by Douglas Wolfe, as Trustee
and Not Individually, for the road right-of-way for the intersection
of N.W. 88 Avenue and McNab Road, in a portion of Parcel "R" of
Woodland Lake, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 71, at
Page 18, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, for the
project known as Westview at Colony West/Parcel "R", is hereby
approved and accepted. A copy of said Deed is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
record this document in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon its
adoption.

CONVEYS THE TITLE FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES

~ THIS INDENTURE, made this � day of January A.D. 1982, by
and between DOUGLAS WOLFE, AS TRUSTEE AND NOT INDIVIDUALLY, whose
address is New River Plaza, 1507 South University Drive, in the City of Plantation,
County of Broward, in said State, party of the first part, and the CITY OF
TAMARAC, a Municipal corporation of the State of Florida, and its successors in
interest, whose principal place of business is 5811 N.W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac,
Broward County, Florida 33178, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar to it in hand paid by .the party of the second part, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and for other and further good and valuable considerations,
does hereby grant, bargain and sell to the party of the second part, and its
successors in interest, for the purpose of a public road right-of-way and purposes
incidental thereto, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the
County of Broward, State of Florida, to wit:
Road right-of-way for the intersection of Northwest 88th Avenue and
McNab Road, City of Tamarac, in a portion of Parcel R of WOODLAND
LAKES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 71, at
Page 18, in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, and being
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof.
It is the intention of the party of the first part by this instrument to convey
to the said City, and its successors in interest, the land above described for use as
a public road right-of-way and for all purposes indidental thereto.
It is expressly provided that if and when said road right-of-way be lawfully
and permanently discontinued, the title to the said above described land shall
immediately revert to the party of the first part, its successors and assigns, and it
or they shall have the right to immediately re -possess the same.
And the said party of the first part will defend the title to said land against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, claiming by, through or under it.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of a st part signed and sealed
these presents on this, the day and year first ab ve wr ten.

G L CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, and assigns,
mortgagee , the premises therein particularly descri ed, to secure the payment of the sum of Four Hundred Ten Thousand, Three'Hundred and N0/100 ($410,300.00) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said DOUGLAS WOLFE, as Trustee and not individually, has
