R - gz_ A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A 15-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT FOR INGRESS/EGRESS AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES OFFERED BY TOLL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - FAIRMONT, SAID EASEMENT BEING A PORTION OF "FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS" PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROL%MRD COUNTY, FLORIDA; FOR THE PATIO HOMES AT FAIRMONT PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the 15-foot utility easement for ingress/egress and drainage purposes offered by Toll Development Corporation - Fairmont being a portion of "Fort Lauderdale Truck Farms" plat as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, for the Patio Homes at Fairmont project, is hereby approved and accepted. A copy of said easement is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said easement in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
