CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R=g2—Zf14-1
A RESOLUTION RASING A BOND POSTED PURSUANT TO
ORDINANCE NO. 76-26 FOR A HOME LOCATED AT 9402 NW
70 STREET; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond, in the form of a Savings
Certificate, in the amount of $1,500.00, posted pursuant to Ordinance No. 76-26, as
a warranty against construction defects and code violations for a home located at
9402 NW 70 Street, is hereby released to Samuel Waronker and Irma Lee Siegelson.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption. y�
