CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 8 2 -18 3
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT JO JO PIZZA
RESTAURANT, AT MCNFB PLAZA NORTH, 7160 N. UNIVERSITY
DR., PETITION #14-Z-82; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the grant
of special exception to permit the consumption of beer and wine on the premises
Jo Jo Pizza Restaurant, at McNab Plaza, North, 7160 N. University Drive; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the application for Special
Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety
and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit the
consumption of beer and wine at Jo Jo Pizza Restaurant, at McNab Plaza North, 7160 N.
University Drive, is APPROVED.
SECI'iON 2: Conditions of approval (if any):
(1) Closing time of no later than 2:00 a.m. local time.
(2) Special Use Exception is NOT transferable.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
