CITY OF TAMARAC, FIARIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R - 8 2 -18 2
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT A RESTAURANT, JO JO PIZZA RESTAURANT, IN
A B-2 ZONING DISTRICT - PETITION #13-Z-82, AND
PROVIDING AN FIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the grant.
of special exception to permit a restaurant in a B-2 Zoning District; and
WH);REAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the application for Special
Exception; and
jn7FTME.AS , the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety
and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit a
restaurant in a B-2 Zoning District for Jo Jo Pizza Restaurant, Petition #13-Z-82
at McNab Plaza North, 7160 N. University Drive, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval (if any):
(1) Closing time no later than 2:00 a.m. local time.
(2) Smoke detectors in the trash room, main dining room and in I
the kitchen, as agreed to by the applicant's representative.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
