A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
WARRANTY DEED OFFERED BY F & B INVESTMENTS,
INC., FOR A 40-FOOT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY ON
UNIVERSITY DRIVE, OTHERWISE IDENTIFIED AS
THE WEST 40-FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK 11, LYONS
COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION NO.3 AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 31 OF TFI1 PUBLIC RECORDS
OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE PROJECT
KNOWN AS FRYBERGH OFFICE BUILDING/FIREMAN'S
FUND AMERICAN LIFE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Warranty Deed offered by F & B Investments
Inc., for a 40-foot road right-of-way on University Drive, otherwise
identified as the west 40-feet of Lot 11, Block 11, Lyons Commercial
Subdivision No. 3, as recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 31 of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida, for the project known as
FRYBERGH OFFICE BUILDING/FIREMAN'S FUND AMERICAN LIFE, is HEREBY
APPROVED, a copy of said deed being attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
record said Warranty Deed in the Public Records,of Broward County,
Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adop-
tion.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 23 _day of 1982.
