CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R cf' 2--/
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A 6i1RRPNIY CASH
BOND POSTED BY SCHMCDT INDUSTRIES, INCORPORATED FOR
ISLES OF TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $3,000.00 was posted by
Schmidt Industries, Incorporated, for Isles of Tamarac, until all outstanding m
awed the City for water and sewer service for the recreation area have been paid;
and
4E REAS, all outstanding monies awed the City for water and sewer
service for the recreation area have been paid; and
WHERF.,AS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the $3,000.00 warranty bond posted by Schmidt
Industries, Incorporated, for Isles of Tamarac, is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
