CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R el /70
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT'S BY TANWAY CORPORATION AND
GRAYSTONE FAIRWAYS CORPORATION FOR FAIRWAYS III
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Tamway Corporation and Graystone Fairways Corporation, as
Principal, and The Toronto - Daminion Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit No. 55 in the amount of $101,365.00 to guarantee public improve
at Fairways III project.
W11IMREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfac-
torily completed and has recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-
year warranty bond in the amount of $25,341.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 55 posted by Tamway Corpor-
ation and Graystone Fairways Corporation, as Principal, and The Toronto - Dominion
Bank, as Surety, in the amount of $101,365.00, for public improvements at Fairways
III project, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in
the amount of $25,341.25.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
