CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. j�-�''1�/�►�
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FILING FEE FOR PROCESSING AN
APPEAL OF A CHARGE OF A FALSE ALARM, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the City of Tamarac has on second reading passed Temporary
Ordinance #986, which amends Ordinance 82-34 (Temporary Ordinance 728)
regulating Burglar Alarm Users, and
WHEREAS, Section 1 of Temporary Ordinance #986 provides for a filing
fee to be charged to an appellant Alarm User for appeal of a charge of a false
alarm in an amount set by Resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Tamarac hereby sets the
filing fee for appeal of a charge of false alarm referred to in Ordinance 82-34
(Temporary Ordinance #728), Section 11, Paragraph,7 (as amended by Temporary
Ordinance #986) in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00)..
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this Z 3_ day of 1982.
