CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R !E - b P
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT A RESTAURANT, TYLER RESTAURANT DESIGN, INC.,
IN A B-2 ZONING DISTRICT - PETITION #11-Z-82
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
special exception to permit a restaurant in a B-2 Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given
an opportunity"to express their views concerning the application for Special Excep-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition
for special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit a
restaurant in a B-2 Zoning District for Tyler Restaurant Design, Inc., Petition
#11-Z-82 at McNab Plaza North, 7160 N. University Drive, Tamarac, is hereby
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: `)?p
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall became effective upon adoption.
