I'l 33 34 35 36 Introduced by c12 Temp.# 2317 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA RESOLUTION NO. Re*1-14.6 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS COMPUTER DISC PANS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Finance Director has notified the City Council that thirty-one (31) Computer Disc Paks, are not needed for use by the City, and it is receded this equipment be declared surplus and offered for sale through a com- petitive bid process; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to accept this recommendation and proceed to dispose of this equipment in accordance with the provisions of the City Code. NOW, -THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TA-IARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the thirty-one (31) Computer Disc Paks, described in the Notice of Sale attached hereto, are declared to be surplus City property and are authorized to be offered for sale through the solicitation for sealed bids. SECTION 2: Bid award shall be subject to review and approval of the City Council. SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption. The item offered for sale is on an "AS IS BASIS" and the City of Tamarac makes no GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY, expressed or implied, as to the operational or physical condition of this item. The item may be inspected from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday thru Friday at Tamarac Utility West, 7801 N.W. 61st. Street, Tamarac, Florida. If further information is required, contact Mr.Phillip Maclennan, 721-2330. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday July 20, 1982 and will be opened publicly at that time at City Hall. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive formalities in the bidding, and to award the bid to any vendor consistent with the policies of the City.
