CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY: J. G. TAYLOR & SONS, INC.
FOR: DRAINAGE WORK AT FAIRWAYS OF TAMARAC,
BUILDINGS A AND B
WHEREAS, a cash warranty bond in the amount of $.2,500.00
was posted by J. G. Taylor & Sons, Inc.
for drainage work at Fairways of Tamarac, Buildings A and B;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
cash warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said cash warranty
WIS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash warranty bond in the amount of $2,500.00
posted by J. G. Taylor & Sons, Inc.
is hereby released to GERALD WESSENGER in accordance with the
Assignment attached as Exhibit "A
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of ,1981.

FOR GOOD and valuable consideration and Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand
paid of receipt of which is hereby acknowledged I, WADE TAYLOR on behalf of
J. G. TAYLOR AND SONS, INC. with full authorization, do hereby release and
assign and convey all 9� right, title and interest in the bond held in the
name of J. G. TAYLOR AND SONS, INC. by the City of Tamarac, in the amount of
Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) to GERALD WESSENGER.
