RESOLUTION NO. —/
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY HOSPITAL CORPORATION OF AMERICA FOR PARKING LOT
IMPROVEMENTS AT UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the cash performance bond in the amount of
$3,200.00 posted by Hospital Corporation of America for parking lot
improvements at University Community Hospital is hereby released with
the recommendation of the City Engineer.
