CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 1z:?
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A LATE FEE, WHICH SHALL BE NON
REFUNDABLE, FOR AN INITIAL PERMIT OR RENEWAL PERMIT FOR A
BURGLAR ALARM, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the City of Tamarac has on April 28, 1982 passed Ordinance
82-34 (Temporary Ordinance #728) which is the Ordinance regulating Burglar
Alarm Users, and
WHEREAS, Section 6, Paragraph 3(b) of said Ordinance provides for an
additional fee charged to an Alarm User for renewal permits which are not
renewed by February 15th of each calendar year, in an amount set by Resolution
of the City Council, and
WHEREAS, Section 6, Paragraph 3(c) of said Ordinance provides for an
additional fee charged to an Alarm User for initial permits obtained more than
ten (10) days after the installation of the Alarm, in an amount set by
Resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Tamarac hereby sets the
late fee for renewal permits referred to in Ordinance 82-34 (Temporary
Ordinance #728), Section 6, Paragraph 3(b) in the amount of twenty-five dollars
($25.00). The fee shall be non refundable.

SECTION 2: The City Council of the City of Tamarac hereby sets the
late fee for initial permits referred to in Ordinance 82-34 (Temporary
Ordinance #728), Section 6, Paragraph 3(c) in the amount of twenty-five dollars
($25.00). The fee shall be non refundable.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
