CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
CASH BOND POSTED BY SCHMIDT INDUSTRIES, INCORPORATED
FOR ISLES OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $16,000.00
was posted by Schmidt Industries, Incorporated for Isles of Tamarac;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and
has found the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release
of said warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release a portion
of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY.THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That $13,000.00 of the warranty bond in the
amount of $16,000.00, posted by Schmidt Industries, Incorporated,
for Isles of Tamarac, is hereby released, with the balance of the
bond, $3,000.00, being retained by the City until all outstanding
monies owed the City for water and sewer service for the recreation
area have been paid.
