CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R gZ:-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY BURGER KING CORPORATION, AS PRINCIPAL
ANO'..SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, AS SURETY
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT BURGER KING
'WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ $3,755.75
was posted by Burger King Corporation, Principal and Safeco Insurance Co., sret
for public improvements at Burger King ; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City COuncil desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 3,755.75 ,
posted by Burger King Corporation for public improvements
is hereby released.
PASSED, _ ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 11981.
