CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-.72
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
EASEMENT AGREEMENT OFFERED BY BARRY EDEN FOR A FENCE
AT WOODMONT PLAZA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Easement Agreement with Barry Eden for maintenance
of a fence sprrounding Woodmont Plaza is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Thb t in the event the fence is not repaired and
maintained, the City may cause the repairs to be made with the cost of
of such repairs to be borne by the Grantor and the City may place a lien on
the property reflecting the value of any repairs which lien may be foreclosed
as set forth in the Florida Mechanics Lien Law.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
