CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R 82-136
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE "BROWARD
COUNTY - MUNICIPAL/COUNTY EMERGENCY COORDINATING
COUNCIL"; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Chief of Police is hereby appointed
a member to the "Broward County - Municipal/County Emergency
Coordinating Council" for matters pertaining to civil defense,
replacing any member who had been previously appointed to this
Council by Resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of May, 1982.
