A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
SALE OF 1978 HONDA MOTORCYCLE

WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration
to go to bid at its meeting on April 14 1982, and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale news
a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on April 20
and April 27 198 2 , and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on May 3 , 198 2 , and
WHEREAS, Julius Ludlum is the highest -fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
IOF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the bid of Julius Ludlum
in the amount of $200.00 , is hereby approved.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 2l 198 2.
