A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR SALE OF
SIXTY (60) 2-INCH WATER METERS
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration to
go to bid at.its meeting on April 14, 1982, and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News
a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on Apr-il_20
and -April _2-7, 1982 , and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on May 4, 1982, and
WHEREAS, Terra Bella Irrigation District is the highest
fully responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CTY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the bid of Terra Bella Irrigation Dis-
trict is hereby approved in the amount of $2,700.00, plus the charges
necessary to prepare the units.for shipment as stated in Terra
Bella Irrigation District Bid, F.O.B. Tamarac.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of May, 1982.

The Terra Bella Irrigation District, 24790 Avenue 95, Terra Bella,
California 93270, is pleased to submit the following bid for sixty
(60) 2-inch Trident Crest Water Meters.
1. For the following items from each meter:
a. Measuring Chamber with Piston
b. Hood complete, with gear train, register, and
register lid.
$45.00 per unit ($2,700.00).
2. The District is not interested in the bodies which
you may retain for scrap.
3. The District will pay all shipping charges F.O.B.
Tamarac, plus any charges necessary to prepare
units for shipment to Terra Bella.
