CITY OF TA11ARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 807 ' 07
A RESOLUTION CANCELLING AN EASEMENT AND
OPTION AGREEMENT FROM TAMWAY/GRAYSTONE FOR
FAIRWAYS III PROJECT; AUTHORIZING RETURN OF
A CASH BOND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Council, in Resolution R-81-118, authorized
Tamway/Graystone to utilize a trailer for temporary model, sales and
administrative purposes; and
WHEREAS, as a condition to said approval, Tamway/Graystone pro-
vided the City with guarantees, in the form of an Easement and Option
Agreement and a cash bond, that the trailer would be removed in a
timely manner; and
WHEREAS, the trailer has been removed from Fairways III project
in a timely manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Easement and Option Agreement from Tamway/
Graystone for Fairways III project, for the City to remove or demo-
lish the temporary structure used for a sales and administrative
office, previously approved by Resolution No. R-81-118, is HEREBY
CANCELLED.
SECTION 2: That the $2,000.00 cash bond, posted by Tamway/
Graystone to cover the cost of removal or demolition of the temporary
structure, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this_,a�day of _, 1982.
