R- 2 A RESOLUTION ISSUING A'DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR LINDSLEY 3 LIIlKBER STORE #2870, 7500 NW 57 ST. DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 015 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 4 5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the applica- 8 tion for a development order by the applicant for development approval; and 9 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the application, 10 staff and Planning Commission recommendations; and 11 WM;EAS, the City Council reviewed the development order and accompanying 12 documents at a public meeting; and 13 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in com- 14 pliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will be in comiDliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the -site plan revisions that -are _ 15 _ - 16 the -subject -of -the _ application.-_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, 17 FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised site plan for 3 20 Lindsley Lumber Store #2870, 7500 NW 57 Street, prepared by Neil Green, Architect, 21 dated February 15, 1982 and modified to show general site revisions, is approved 22 subject to the following conditions: 23 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and spec- 24 ifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as described in the 25 site plan and approved engineering drawings. 26 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year from. the 27 date of the original site plan approval. If the development does not commence con- struction within one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has 28 been granted in accordance with applicable regulations. 29 C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does not dis- charge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City Council i consents to modify any of the original requirements. 32 D. SECTION 3: This development order as conditioned shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
