A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED
BY THE DANIA BANK, 6539 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD,
TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, THE DANIA BANK has requested a waiver
from*the Sign Ordinance NO. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION l: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
THE DANIA BANK, 6539 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD, TAMARAC,
for a second sign on the facia
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): Sign to be identical to
the sign that was approved facing Commercial Boulevard and that lettering
for both signs to conform to the sign criteria in the Plaza as established
by Duff's Restaurant.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 28th day of April 1982.
