A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED
BY WAH LUCK CHINESE RESTAURANT, 6672 N.W. 57 STREET,
TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, WAH LUCK CHINESE RESTAURANT has requested a waiver
from -the Sign Ordinance NO. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
WAH LUCK CHINESE RESTAURANT, 6672 N.W. 57 STREET, TAMARAC,
for a second wall sign on the mansard of the south wall of complex
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): Sign to be identical
to that which was approved for over the store with black letters on a white
background.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 28th day of April 1982.
