CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-%Z-%Z
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR ON -SITE AND OFF -SITE IMPROVEMENTS BY TAMWAY-
GRAYSTONE JOINT VENTURE FOR FAIRWAYS BUILDINGS
C AND D; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Tamway-Graystone Joint Venture, as Principal, and Landmark First
National Bank of Fort Lauderdale, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
Credit No. A-3593, in the amount of $14,087.00, to guarantee on -site and off -site
improvements for Fairways Buildings C and D; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. A-3593, posted by Tamway-
Graystone Joint Venture, as Principal, and Landmark First National Bank of Fort
Lauderdale, as Surety, in the amount of $14,087.00, for on -site and off -site
improvements at Fairways Buildings C and D, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of January 1982.
