RESOLUTION NO. R-3j_2!:47
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
BURGLAR ALARM REVIEW COMMITTEE AS PROVIDED
BY TEMPORARY ORDINANCE NO. 728; AND PROVID-
ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Temp. #2255
WHEREAS, Temporary Ordinance No. 728 created a Burglar Alarm
Review Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, at this time, to appoint
the required members to this Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That V/M Helen Massaro is hereby appointed
as the Council representative to the Burglar Alarm Review Committee.
SECTION 2: That the following persons are hereby appointed to
this Committee:
Irving Haymes Allan Bernstein
Sydney Brumberger
SECTION 3: That the Police Chief or his designated representa-
tive shall be present at all meetings of this Committee.
SECTION 4: That the above terms shall expire on May 11, 1983
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption,
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of , 1982.
