CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- ,2 //3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNCIL TO
APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE ADVISORY CODE STUDY
COMMISSION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
members to the Advisory Code Study Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby
appointed as members of the Advisory Code Study Commission for terms
to expire May 11, 1983
Oscar Tucker
Harry Rosenfeld
Carl Alper
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
