CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUT ION NO. ,e -
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A REIMBURSEMENT FEE, WHICH SHALL BE
NON REFUNDABLE, FOR AN IDENTIFICATION CARD FOR A BURGLAR
ALARM INSTALLER OR SERVICEMAN AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has this date passed on second reading
Temporary Ordinance No. 728 which is the ordinance regulating burglar alarm
installers or servicemen, and
WHEREAS, Section 2, Paragraph 7, of said ordinance provides for the
issuance of an identification card to a burglar alarm installer or serviceman,
and
WHEREAS, Section 2, Paragraph 7, of said ordinance provides for the
reimbursement to the City of actual expenses for processing each application for
an identification card, and
WHEREAS, Section 2, Paragraph 7, provides for the establishment of a
reimbursement fee to be set by Resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Tamarac hereby sets the
reimbursement fee in the amount of $20.00. This fee shall be non refundable.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 0:2,7-day of 1982.
