A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING ANNUAL ALARM USER PERMIT FEES AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has this date passed on second reading
Temporary Ordinance No. 728 which is the ordinance regulating burglar alarm
users, and
WHEREAS, Section 6, Paragraph 3, of said ordinance provides for the
establishment of an annual alarm user permit fee by Resolution of the City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Tamarac hereby sets the
annual alarm user permit fee in the amount of $ 50.00
