A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND MODIFYING
RESOLUTION 82-62 WHICH APPROVED A WAIVER
TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY
WOODLANDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION FOR A
SIGN IN THE MEDIAN OF SAGO PALM BOULEVARD;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Resolution 82-62 approved a waiver to the Sign
Ordinance No. 80-34 (Code Section 21) as requested by Woodlands
Homeowners Association for a sign in the median of Sago Palm
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, it has been requested that the proposed term of
liability insurance be reduced from five (5) years to something
less; and
WHEREAS, this request has been considered by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 as
granted by Resolution 82-62 is hereby confirmed. However, the term
of the insurance policy required to be presented to the City in
Section 2b of said resolution shall require _forty-five (45) days of notice
of expiration of the policy by the carrier.
SECTION 2: In all other respects, Resolution 82-62 is confirmed
in its entirety.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adop-
tion.
