R - /U A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND MODIFYING RESOLUTION 82-5 WHICH GRANTED A LIMITED WAIVER OF PARKING FOR TAMARAC PLAZA, 7300-7310 MCNAB ROAD, TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council granted a limited waiver of the off-street parking and loading requirements on January 13, 1982, by the adoption of 82-5; and WHEREAS, there is some question as to whether or not the prepared and approved minutes accurately reflect the intent of the Council's action; and WHEREAS, it is now necessary to clarify the Council's action of January 13, 1982. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the application for Tamarac Plaza, 7300-7310 McNab Road, Tamarac, is HEREBY APPROVED, subject to the following conditions: a) That three (3) handicapped spaces be provided and with proper signage; b) That the hedge, as required by code, is planted on McNab Road and Brookwood Boulevard; c) The parking lot lights be brought up to standard within 90 days, with a_cash bond of__$5,000.00 to be posted with the City by noon April 28, 1982,_ toguarantee _completion; d) Waiver of parking spaces approved for the number of rentals that currently exist as shown on the attached Exhibits "A" and "B". However, any additional rentals requesting occupational licenses would be those under City ordinances requiring no greater parking than 1 to 200. SECTION 2: This Resolution shall became effective upon adoption. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this / day of , 1982.
