CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82- O
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE
ABSOLUTE FOR WATER DISTRIBUTION AND
SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
AT TAMARAC GARDENS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
F & R Builders, Inc., for all the Water Distribution and Sewage
Collection System Improvements within the public rights -of -way or
within utility easements within Tamarac Gardens project, as recorded
in Plat Book 108, Page 24, of the Public Records of Broward County,
is HEREBY ACCEPTED. A copy of said Bill of Sale Absolute is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and in-
structed to record said Bill of Sale in the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
