A RESOLUTION CANCELLING -AN EASEMENT AND
OPTION AGREEMENT FROM BARRY EDEN, GRANTOR

FOR WOODMONT PLAZA (JACK LALANNE TEMPORARY
SALES TRAILER); AUTHORIZING RETURN OF A

CASH BOND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,
the Council, in Resolution No. R-81-165, authorized

Barry Eden, Grantor
for Woodmont Plaza, to utilize a trailer for

temporary model
sales and administrative purposes; and
9
WHEREAS,
as a condition to said approval, Barry Eden provided
10
the City with guarantees,
in the form of an Easement and Option

Agreement and a
cash bond, that the trailer would be removed in a timel;
12
manner; and
13
WHEREAS,
the trailer has been removed from Woodmont Plaza in a
14
timely manner.

NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

FLORIDA:

SECTION
1: That the Easement and Option Agreement from Barry
Eden, Grantor for Woodmont Plaza -(Jack Lalanne Temporary Sales Trailer),
for the City to remove or demolish the temporary structure, previously
approved by Resolution No. R-81-165, is HEREBY CANCELLED.
SECTION 2: That the $2,000.00 cash bond, posted by Barry Eden,

of the temporary structure, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
