FOR PARCEL 11 (CANAL) . WHEREAS, Leadership Housing, Inc. has offered to the City of Tamarac a Quit Claim Deed for Parcel 11 (Canal), more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the Quit Claim Deed has been reviewed by the City Attorney and City Engineer, who have issued their recommendations thereon, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interests of the City to approve and accept the Quit Claim Deed for said Parcel 11 (Canal) . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Quit Claim Deed offered by Leadership Housing, Inc., for Parcel 11 (Canal) is hereby approved and accepted by the City of Tamarac subject to payment by Leadership Housing, Inc. of all outstanding real property taxes on the parcels conveyed. SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record said Quit Claim Deed in the Public Records of Broward County Florida.
