A RESOLUTION SETTING SITE PLAN SUBMISSION
AND REVIEW FEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Site Development Plans Submission Fee6 Schedule.
:ach preliminary site development plan shall be accompanied by an
initial administrative review fee, in accordance with the following

(a) Residential Development
1 - $70.00 per acre for the first twenty acres.
2 - $34.50 per acre for any additional acreage, or
$4.00 per dwelling unit, whichever is greater.
(b) Commercial Development
1 - $140.00 per acre for the first twenty acres.
2 - $70.00 per acre for any additiona1 acreage.
(c) Minimum Review Fees.
The minimum review fees for developments submitted pursuant to Sec-
tion 4 of Ordinance No. 76-44 as amended from time to time, shall be
as follows:
1 - New Developments = $600.00
2 - Revisions to approved site development plans - $400.00*A
*NOTE 1. For minor physical changes to previously approved site de-
velopment plans which the Chief Building Official, City Engineer,
and Director of Community Development determine do not substantially
affect the overall development plans, the minimum fee shall be $175.00
2. Where a Site Development Plan has been previously approved
by the City Council and a proposed revision occurs entirely within
a private recreation area, the administrative review fee shall be
$50.00 if no existing recreation building is increased in floor area
if no new building is added and if the traffic_ flow is not altered,
and if no revisions to the site engineering is required in the opinion
of the City Engineer.

1 3. Where a site Development Plan has been previously approved
1) 1 by the City Council and a proposed revision is only to add or to move
3 I a sign required to be shown on a site plan, the administrative review
fee shall be $50.00.
(d) Concept Review Fee.

For informational purposes, reviewed by Staff and discussed at a

meeting with the Planning Commission - $250.00.

(e) Subsequent Administrative Review Fees.

If the initial preliminary site development plan is &�termined by

the Planning Commission to not be in substantial compliance to

Section 5 or 6, of Ord. #76-44 as amended from time to time, subse-

quent submissions shall be accompanied with a fee of $50.00.

14 SECTION 2: Resolution #77-193, Resolution #79-86 and any
3.5 other Resolution in conflict herewith are hereby repealed; however,
16 enactment of this Resolution does not affect fees due under Reso-
it lution R-77-193 and Resolution R-79-86.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
