A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATION ON BROOKWOOD GARDENS PROJECT LYING
WITHIN LAND SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 41
EAST, EDD DEED 590, DEED BOOK 10, PAGE 74,
AUGUST 12, 1919 SFWMD NO. 12952.
WHEREAS, THE City of Tamarac has been requested to state any
objection it may have to release of Canal reservation across the
property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Eggineer has examined such request and has
recommended the City file no objection to such release.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Than the City of Tamarac has no objection to the release
of canal reservation on Brookwood Gardens Project lying within Land
Section 3, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, EDD Deed 590, Deed
Book 10, Page 74, August 12, 1919, as described in Exhibit "A" —ache .

ervations being released without further notice.
