CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.,e——
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 81-71
WHICH CALLED BOND NO. 360B020A WITH TRAVELERS
INDEMNITY COMPANY AS SURETY AND COMMERCIAL PLAZA
INC. AS PRINCIPAL IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,462.50
FOR A POSITIVE DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT COMMERCIAL
PLAZA IN TAMARAC, FLORIDA;AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Resolution R-81-71 called bond Number 360B020A
with Travelers Indemnity Company as Surety and Commercial Plaza, Inc.
as Principal in the amount of $19,462.50 for a Positive Drainage System
at Commercial Plaza located on 5301 North State Road 7, Tamarac,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the bond has been reinstated for a term of one
year by The Travelers; and
WHEREAS, the City would prefer to see the work performed
by either Commercial Plaza, Inc. or by The Travelers; and
WHEREAS, the restoration of the bond is acceptable to the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution R-81-71 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
