R- Z/- ;�/ A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS OFFERED BY THE CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI AND MONTWOOD. INC.. FOR THE WOODMONT TRACT 49. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale for all water distribution and sewage collection system improvements, together with all appurtenances attached thereto, lying within the public rights -of -way or utility easements as provided for in the Plat of Woodmont Tract 49, recorded in Plat Book 105, Page 37, of the Public Records of Broward County, offered by the City National Bank of Miami'. and Montwood, Inc., is HEREBY ACCEPTED. SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record said Bill of Sale, copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
