CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-81-65
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF AN IMPROVEMENT
BOND AND LETTER OF CREDIT SECURING SAID BOND FOR
WOODMONT TRACT 49.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the improvement bond and Letter of Credit
securing said bond posted by Montwood, Inc. as Principal, in the
amount of $281,973.50 is HEREBY RELEASED subject to:
(a) Receipt of Warranty bond in the amount of $78,811.10,
which represents 25% of the certified actual costs.
(b) Recomputation of certified costs and bonding amounts
and payment of any fees due the City.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 8th day of A il, 1981.
