CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
SURETY BOND FOR SPRINGLAKE I.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the surety bond posted by HLR, Inc.,
as Principal, through Insurance Company of North America, as Surety,
in the amount of $350,977.70 is HEREBY RELEASED subject to receipt of:
(a) Warranty bond in the amount of $87,745.00,
which represents 25% of the certified actual
costs;
(b) Additional Engineering fees in the amount of
$3,658.14 have been paid.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
its adoption.
